A-Pic-A-Day November 19, 2011
hey guys..so sorry for the long delay..m at my family home now.The internet connection is an issue here so it's kind of a drag. Well..for this edition, ive finally managed to capture a moment using film that 've longed most, fuji astia 100 which is kind of rare. Since i dont have a camera with a sharp lens, ive decided to try using my first ever roll of astia using my Diana Mini.
The picture you see above is actually a double exposure. a combination of a cat walking and i imposed it on a picture of a sky just in front of my house. ..i dont get the picture myself but i just loooooove the colour it produce, a nice blend of pink and red, which makes the film special to me
next time, i'll be using a better camera in hope to get the best image out of astia..so, thats all folks,, see you aguys around!

A Pic A Day November 12, 2011
Ok..here's another A-P-A-D for today's edition. i know it's been an ages since i last post anything on my blog. it's the end of the year and school's out. was busy clearing stuffs and managing whatnot.
The pic you see above was taken using Diana Mini loaded with Fuji Velvia 100 asa. it was a hot sunny day, just perfect for lomo activity. There was a Lomohunter (currently Ananlogue Garage) outing going on and most of the members turned up. We were busy snapping away and i did this dx impromptu. .ehhehee..the pic is kind of creepy actually. Plus the colour is totally striking.
So, that's about it. More to come in the next edition of A-P-A-D.

A Pic A Day November 03, 2011
wow..how time flies..i cant recall when was the last time i write something on my blog..
the past two weeks has been an odd week for me.. part fun and part miserable..dont have the knack to tell you guys now..Ok, back to the topic Here's my A-P-A-D for today! Yeay!
here's the story: the picture above was taken when i was still working at my old school. yeap..in Miri..i loaded my Diana Miri with Fuji Tungsten 64. The weather was superb. Sunny and windy at the same time. There was some action going on. The students were just finished their exam and lots of time for them to kill. Here, i caught them playing netball in the middle of football field..hahaha..did double exposure on the scene to add some awkward feeling into it.
That's about it. My first roll of using Fuji Tungsten 64. The high contrast in the picture is totally captivating and specially recommended using the film when it is a scorching sunny day. Dont forget your parasol! =)

Champions League: Chelsea vs KRC Genk
As you already know, the Blues at it again last night. A brace from Fernando Torres, a header by Branislav Ivanovic, a late goal by Salomon Kalou and the 25 yards screamer from Raul Meireles opened the floodgate for the Blues.
Meireles kickstarted the floodgate at the 8th minute of the game and oh boy the way he shot the ball totally got the Genk keeper clueless. The ball went close near the goalpost and luckily it found its way at the back of the net.
Nando then followed Meireles footstep by scoring a goal at the 11th minute of the game and it really shows that el Nino finally picked up where he left off since he left Merseyside last January. He did scored a brace and i was hoping that he could get himself a hattrick last night. But, 2 goals from him is enough for a start.
Hehe..the picture above should tell you guys how happy he was when he head the ball and gave Chelsea the 4th goal of the match. With his towering height and strong physical, he's really a threat on air especially in the penalty box
As if he wanted to make up to the goal he 'gave' to Valencia last fortnight, Kalou, which came in as the last substitute finally end the game with a high note for the Blues. Though his goal looked easy (initially triggered by Torres and blocked by Genk's keeper) which is a point blank range in front of the mouth of the goal, he really took the opportunity and made sure the Blues ended the match and a guaranteed 3 points.
As for Genk's Chelsea target, Kevin De Bruyne, he did showed why Chelsea should get him. With a superb pass right from the middle of the park to the frontman, his performance did overshadowed by the Blues flawless performance.
Only 20 years old this year, this young boy did showed his own class and hopefully, if, Chelsea get him, he will flourished with the other young talents the team has bought recently, namely Lukaku, Courtois, Romeu, Piazon and Feruz Islam. Truthfully, as a fan i prefer Chelsea to get the young talents straight from the academy. Just as Barcelona did. It'll shows how superior the team is if most of the young players being sought after from the Bridge. Im crossing my fingers on it. Hopefully AVB will fulfill my wish and set a benchmark to other European elite teams
Chelsea 5 - KRC Genk 0

A Pic A Day October 20, 2011
Hi guys..been a while now..i know..i keep on skipping my A-P-A-D project..Indirectly, it means i got something else stucked in my way that i got to halt the project. Well today, here's a slice of the pic for the project.
The picture was taken when i was still working in Smk Suai, Miri. The thing is actually a tower for GPS, erected by some government agency. Looks like a silo, right?..hehe..I was using my Diana Mini, loaded with Lomography Redscale 100 the time i took the picture. One of my friend said to me that it's nothing special about the picture. For me, it's really pleasing. It's something i couldn't describe with words. =)

A Pic A Day October 13, 2011
Okay..here's a photo for today A-P-A-D project. It was high noon and i was at Telaga Air for some sightseeing. Something happened which attracted lots of people escpeially the locals. i think it was the launch of the new Telaga Air Waterfront. If you do not know where is Telaga Air, easy. Just google it..hehe
Ok,,the photo was taken when i was walking down the waterfront. i was holding my Diana Mini and i think i loaded Kodak EBX in it. I saw this scenery where the father of a kid was fishing by the waterfront. It was the right moment and the right time since the father was unaware of my existence and i straightaway shot the scene. The fact that it was such a scorching mid-day weather made it interesting since i intended to cross-processed the film, which led to the colour of the picture. Vivid and bright =)

A pic A Day October 12, 2011
Hey guys..the picture you see above is the picture i took during last Raya 2011. I was with Reza at that time and went visiting to Hafeez's house for his open house during raya. We were just arrived and straightaway being asked to have our dinner. There was a lot of foods to choose from but since i just came from my uncle's open house, i didnt managed to finish all the foods. What a temptation..
okay..some explanation. I took the picture above using my Diana Mini, combined with Colorsplash flash. You just don't know what kind of surprise the double exposure and the flash have for you once you developed the film. As you can see, as if there were two faces of my friend there. By the way, she's one of my lomo friend, Sherrie Pui. Once i got the picture developed, i jsut couldn't stop imagining that as if there's a 'hungry ghost' haunting the food on the dinner table, lurking to feast on the foods..ahaha..Sorry Sherrie, just saying. Period. The rest, you just let your imagination runs wild. =)
